Mini-grants are available for owners of property within the Main Street district. These are funded through a Downtown Revitalization grant that Main Street Helena receives through Main Street Arkansas. These mini-grants can be used for exterior improvements to buildings, such as new awnings, signage, or new paint.

Main Street Helena received two grants to remove the metal slipcovers on buildings, which hide the original facade. These grants resulted in two of the most dramatic projects we have had. Here are the "before and after" shots.
